
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
Please read our policies on cancellations, rescheduling and refunds before booking your session.
Cancellations may be made up to 5 days prior to the confirmed booking date with refunds minus the initial credit card transaction (Stripe) fees, You Can Book Me fee, and additional credit card return payment fees, if applicable. Cancellations made within 5 days of the confirmed booking date will not be refunded.
If you purchase an investment option with multiple interview dates and wish to cancel future dates, if they are at least 5 days prior to the confirmed booking date, you may receive a partial refund of the unused interviews (minus the initial credit card transaction (Stripe) fees, You Can Book Me fee, and additional credit card return payment fees, if applicable) based on the individual price per interview calculated by dividing the cost of the investment option by the number of interviews.

Bookings may be rescheduled once up to 5 days prior to the original confirmed booking date. Additional requests to reschedule will be considered cancellations.
Refunds cannot be issued for services already provided in any circumstance.
