By using AplombMD's website and services, including booking and participating in mock medical school interviews, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

AplombMD offers paid mock medical school interview sessions conducted via Microsoft Teams. Booking is managed through YouCanBook.me and payments are processed through Stripe or directly via Zelle.

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment must be received in full to confirm your session. We accept payments via Stripe and Zelle. Zelle transfers are your responsibility to complete and verify.

Cancellations may be made up to 5 days prior to the confirmed booking date with refunds minus the initial credit card transaction fees and additional credit card return payment fees, if applicable. Cancellations made within 5 days of the confirmed booking date will not be refunded.

Bookings may be rescheduled once up to 5 days prior to the original confirmed booking date.  Additional requests to reschedule will be considered cancellations.

Refunds cannot be issued for services already provided in any circumstance.

You agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully during all sessions. We reserve the right to terminate any session, without refund, if inappropriate behavior occurs.
