1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AplombMD's website and services, including booking and participating in mock medical school interviews, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

AplombMD offers paid mock medical school interview sessions conducted via Microsoft Teams. Booking is managed through YouCanBook.me and payments are processed through Stripe or directly via Zelle.

3. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment must be received in full to confirm your session. We accept payments via Stripe and Zelle. Zelle transfers are your responsibility to complete and verify.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

Cancellations may be made up to 5 days prior to the confirmed booking date with refunds minus the initial credit card transaction fees and additional credit card return payment fees, if applicable. Cancellations made within 5 days of the confirmed booking date will not be refunded. 

If you purchase a package with multiple interview dates and wish to cancel future dates, if they are at least 5 days prior to the confirmed booking date, you may receive a partial refund of the unused interviews (minus the initial credit card transaction fees and additional credit card return payment fees, if applicable) based on the individual price per interview calculated by dividing the cost of the package by the number of interviews.

Bookings may be rescheduled once up to 5 days prior to the original confirmed booking date.  Additional requests to reschedule will be considered cancellations.

Refunds cannot be issued for services already provided in any circumstance.

5. Code of Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully during all sessions. We reserve the right to terminate any session, without refund, if inappropriate behavior occurs.

6. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Consumer Data Privacy Statement, available at https://aplombmd.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided during coaching sessions, including materials and resources, is the property of AplombMD and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission. Additionally, copying or downloading images or other content from aplombmd.com is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

AplombMD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. We do not guarantee admission to any medical school.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
